This Privacy Policy explains how OfferEaze LLC ("OfferEaze," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services. By using OfferEaze, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of the service, and information from third-party integrations:

  • Account and profile: your name, email address, password, brokerage or team name, phone number, and time zone.
  • Billing: subscription plan, billing history, and payment method details. All payment data is processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers or sensitive payment credentials.
  • Content you provide: listings, offers, purchase agreements, supporting documents, and any other files or data you upload or create within the service.
  • Team member information: names and email addresses of team members you invite to your account.
  • Communications: messages or requests you send to our support team.
  • Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser type, pages visited, actions taken within the service, and session information. See our Cookie Policy for details on cookies and similar technologies.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the service and your account;
  • Process payments and manage your subscription;
  • Send transactional communications such as receipts, account notifications, and showing feedback;
  • Respond to support requests and resolve disputes;
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with our Terms of Service;
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, unauthorized, or unlawful activity;
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the performance and features of the service; and
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your content for advertising or to train general-purpose AI models.

4. AI processing of uploaded documents

To streamline offer entry, purchase agreements and related documents you upload may be processed by Azure OpenAI, Microsoft's enterprise AI service, to automatically extract offer details such as price, dates, and contingencies. This processing occurs within Microsoft's Azure infrastructure under a data processing agreement that prohibits use of your data to train or improve Microsoft's AI models.

The extracted data is used solely to pre-populate offer fields within your account. Raw document content is not retained by Azure OpenAI beyond the processing request. You should always review AI-extracted data for accuracy before relying on it — automated extraction is an aid to your workflow, not a substitute for professional review.

5. Service providers we share data with

We share data with the following categories of service providers, each of whom processes data on our behalf and is contractually required to protect it:

We do not share your personal information with any other third parties except as required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify affected users.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies to operate the service, maintain your authenticated session, and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for a full description of the cookies we use and how to manage them.

7. Data retention

We retain your account data and content for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to allow for account recovery, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. When data is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or anonymize it in a manner designed to prevent reconstruction. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@offereaze.com.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. We honor these rights for all users regardless of location to the extent technically and operationally practicable.

All users may:

  • Access and review the personal information we hold about them;
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
  • Request deletion of their personal information, subject to any legal retention obligations; and
  • Export their content and data from their account.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, the right to delete personal information, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. OfferEaze does not sell or share personal information as defined under California law. We do not discriminate against users who exercise their California privacy rights.

9. Security

We take the security of your data seriously. OfferEaze is hosted entirely on Microsoft Azure, which maintains industry-leading physical and network security certifications. At the application level, we implement the following safeguards:

  • All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher;
  • Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 via Azure's built-in storage and database encryption;
  • Account access is protected by hashed and salted credentials — passwords are never stored in plain text;
  • Multi-tenant data isolation ensures that no account can access another tenant's data;
  • Access to production systems and databases is restricted to authorized personnel only.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work diligently to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

10. Children

OfferEaze is a professional business platform intended solely for use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will provide advance notice to account holders by email. Your continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
