Billing & Subscriptions

This policy explains how billing works for OfferEaze subscriptions and forms part of our Terms of Service. By subscribing to OfferEaze, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Plans and pricing

OfferEaze offers two subscription plans:

  • Pro Monthly — $39 per month, plus $10 per month for each additional team member seat.
  • Pro Annual — $400 per year (billed annually), plus $8 per month for each additional team member seat.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Current pricing is always displayed at signup and within your account settings.

2. Free trial

New accounts include a 14-day free trial of the Pro Monthly plan. A valid payment method is required to begin your trial; however, you will not be charged until your trial period ends. If you cancel before the 14-day trial concludes, no charge will be made. After the trial, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged at the applicable plan rate.

3. Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or annually, depending on your plan — at the then-current price. Your payment method on file will be charged at the start of each new period without further notice, and your subscription will continue until you cancel. You are responsible for all charges incurred prior to cancellation.

4. Additional user seats

Each plan includes one seat for the account owner. Adding team members to your account adds a per-seat charge to your subscription:

  • Pro Monthly — $10 per additional seat, per month.
  • Pro Annual — $8 per additional seat, per month (billed as part of your annual renewal).

Team members can be deactivated and reactivated at any time from your account settings. Seat charges are prorated based on the number of days remaining in your current billing cycle when a seat is added. Deactivating a team member removes their access and stops future charges for that seat at the next billing cycle.

5. Payment processing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. OfferEaze does not store or have access to your full card number or sensitive payment details. By subscribing, you authorize OfferEaze to instruct Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the amounts and intervals described in this policy.

6. Taxes

Applicable sales tax or other transaction-based taxes may be added to your subscription charge depending on your location and the applicable law. Any such taxes will be displayed at checkout and on your invoice.

7. Refunds

Given the 14-day free trial available to all new accounts, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe your circumstances warrant a refund, please contact us at support@offereaze.com with your account details and a description of your situation. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period — you will retain full access to your account through that date and will not be charged for subsequent periods. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid for the current period.

9. Failed payments and past-due accounts

If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and may retry the charge automatically. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and up to date. Accounts with outstanding unpaid balances may have features limited or access suspended until payment is successfully collected. Continued failure to resolve a past-due balance may result in account termination.

10. Price changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time. If your plan price increases, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address associated with your account. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period following the notice period. Continued use of OfferEaze after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Billing & Subscriptions policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated to you by email where required. Your continued use of OfferEaze following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
