This Cookie Policy explains how OfferEaze LLC ("OfferEaze," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you use our website and services. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

OfferEaze uses only essential cookies — those strictly necessary for the service to function. We do not use advertising, tracking, or non-essential analytics cookies. The essential cookies we set are:

  • Authentication and session: maintain your authenticated session across the agent, seller, buyer, and admin areas of the platform. Without these cookies, you would be required to sign in on every page.
  • Anti-forgery tokens: protect forms and state-changing requests against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks. These are a standard security mechanism and are required for safe operation of the service.
  • Payment session: Stripe, our payment processor, sets cookies during checkout and payment validation to maintain session state and prevent fraud. These cookies are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Because these cookies are strictly necessary for the service to operate, they cannot be disabled through our site. You may block them through your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from signing in or using core features of the platform.

3. Third-party requests

Some pages load resources from third-party services that may receive your IP address and other standard request headers as part of normal web traffic:

  • Google Maps / Places: used for address autocomplete during listing and offer entry. Google may set cookies or receive request data in connection with this functionality. See the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe: payment-related pages load Stripe's JavaScript library to securely handle payment entry. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.

All fonts used by OfferEaze are self-hosted. We do not load fonts or other static assets from third-party CDNs.

4. Analytics and tracking

We may in the future use analytics tools to understand how the service is used and to improve its performance and features. If we introduce analytics or tracking technologies beyond those described in this policy, we will update this Cookie Policy and, where required, implement appropriate consent mechanisms before doing so.
